Stella is a Legal Assistant at Cape Fear Family Law who brings dedication, warmth, and strong attention to detail to her role each day. She is originally from Bacolod City in Negros Occidental, Philippines, and works remotely as part of the firm’s legal support team. This is her first role in the legal field, and she enjoys learning new skills while supporting attorneys and clients behind the scenes. For Stella, family is one of the most important parts of life, which makes her role at a family-focused law firm especially meaningful.

Before joining Cape Fear, Stella worked in the travel industry, where she developed strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. She later earned her Bachelor of Education degree, majoring in Technology and Livelihood Education, from Iloilo Science and Technology University.

At Cape Fear Family Law, Stella assists attorneys by reviewing petitions, organizing case information, updating dashboards, and making sure important documents are easy to access. She helps keep cases moving smoothly and follows up with clients when needed. Stella enjoys supporting the team and believes her role is important in helping clients feel supported.

Stella was drawn to the legal field because she believes everyone deserves understanding, guidance, and a chance to move forward. She really enjoys being part of a firm that focuses on families and supports people during difficult times. Stella looks forward to learning more about the legal field and is excited to continue to grow within the firm.

Outside of work, Stella enjoys spending time with her cat, Oreo, whether she’s grooming him or playing with him on weekends. She also loves being creative. Some of her favorite hobbies are dry clay art and painting. Stella is a huge fan of Disney movies and documentaries. In her free time, you will probably find her playing online games like Elsword and Wild Rift.
