Hyacinth didn’t originally plan to work in the legal field, but she has always believed in the importance of family. She originally studied Hospitality Management, a field that taught her strong communication and service skills. She is especially drawn to work that supports children and parents during difficult times, even when she works behind the scenes.
In her day-to-day role, Hyacinth reviews petitions, reviews court notes, updates attorneys’ calendars, and follows up with clients as needed. She also helps clarify questions and keeps important information moving between clients and attorneys. She enjoys speaking with clients and loves how supportive the team has been as she continues learning the legal process.
Hyacinth has big goals for her future. She hopes to keep growing as a virtual assistant while also working toward her dream of opening a small pastry business. Baking is one of her biggest passions, and she hopes to share it with others someday.
Outside of work, Hyacinth spends a lot of time with her family, in church, or with friends. She enjoys reading, especially John Maxwell books, baking, and sharing meals with the people she loves. One of the things she is most proud of is co-founding the ARK Foundation (Act of Random Kindness) with her college friends. Every year, they visit local communities in the Philippines to bring food and gifts to children, a tradition they started as students and continue today. Giving back is an important part of who she is, and it shows in everything she does.
