Foday graduated from the University of South Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. During his time at USF, he held several leadership positions, including in the African Students Association, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Following his undergraduate studies, Foday gained valuable legal experience interning at a personal injury firm, Swope, Rodante P.A., before pursuing a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he graduated in May 2024.
Foday’s journey into law was fueled by his desire to restore humanity and justice to those affected by conflict, initially aspiring to focus on human rights law. However, his passion for making a direct impact on families in need led him to family law. He believes that strong families form the foundation of society, and by working to support families in legal matters, he can contribute to broader humanitarian goals.
At Cape Fear Family Law, Foday brings a dedication to learning, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. He finds fulfillment in helping clients through sensitive and life-changing legal issues, particularly child custody and divorce cases, where his efforts make a lasting, personal impact.
Outside of work, Foday is an avid sports enthusiast, with soccer, football, and basketball ranking as his favorites. He enjoys working out, and he has plans to delve into MMA training, hoping to climb the ranks in the sport. He also loves poetry, cleaning, and trying out new foods.
